Ordering: You may order any quantity, from 1 to as many as you would like. All prices both on the web site and in printed form are assumed to be accurate, though typographical or other human errors may have occurred. In the event that a typographical error has been made on price and the actual price is higher than listed, the customer will be informed of the correct price and given the choice of whether to purchase at the correct price or cancel their selection of the item in question before any charges are made. We continually strive to maintain our high standards of quality and reserve the right to update model designs, colors, etc., whenever these changes represent a better value for our customers. Shipping: Retail orders who's shipping address fall within the United States or U.S. Territories get free Priority Shipping. Shipments may be sent anywhere in the United States or U.S. Territories and are not subject to free postage. Please contact Renew Bird Toys for a price quote, be sure to include all shipping information* so we may give you a accurate price quote. In the event that a shipment does not arrive 25 days after the order is processed, please notify Renew Bird Toys, and we will file a Lost Shipment report with the shipper. It may take up to 10 days to see resolution of a lost shipment. These times are beyond the control of Renew Bird Toys, and depend solely on the company used. A replacement order will be sent as soon as possible. You will be kept apprised of this situation at all times. Orders may be shipped in multiple boxes. If you receive a box and believe some items are missing, please wait at least 2 days before reporting a problem. Method of Payment: Check, or Money Order. Please do not send cash. No COD's. No exceptions, sorry. Check orders may be held for 10 days before processing. (Renew Bird Toys reserves the right to treat generic or non-descript money orders as checks with the appropriate waiting period) This is due unfortunately to the increase of forged/fraudulent money orders. We suggest you send USPS money orders to avoid this inconvenience. A fee of $35.00 will be charged for any returned checks or non-negotiable money orders. And the order canceled. Out Of Stock / Discontinued: Our suppliers maintain at least a 92-96% in stock of manufacturing supplies at all times. Even with our best efforts, there are times when certain items are out of stock. Renew Bird Toys is not responsible for items that are out of stock, and can never promise a date of re-stock. We will make every effort to notify you via phone or email if a item is out of stock and any changes to your order you may wish to make. Renew Bird Toys does not 'back order' out of stock merchandise. If an item is out of stock, you will need to re-order that item at a later date. Returns / Refunds / Credits Thirty Day Money Back Guarantee: Renew Bird Toys guarantees your satisfaction on all products. If you are not satisfied with any item you may return it within thirty days of receipt of the merchandise for refund, less a 15% restocking fee. *We do not pay for return postage. Any item received broken, damaged, or defective may be returned to Renew Bird Toys for immediate replacement. No restocking fee will be charged. Return Instructions: We request that you notify us of any returns prior to sending them so we may prepare for them. 1. Repackage the
